LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
If you are unable to keep your appointment we ask that you give us 24-hours advance notice. If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the full service price of all appointments booked. Cancellations made less than 30 minutes prior to appointment are considered no shows. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment at an earlier or later time in order to avoid cancellation fees.
*If you do not show up for your appointment (no show), and did not call to cancel at least 30 minutes prior to the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the full service price of all appointments booked.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied to your services. Deposits will be refunded for appointments cancelled 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled appointment time. This policy is in consideration of the valued time of both the guest and technician.
If you are concerned you may be a little late for your appointment, please don’t hesitate to call! In most cases, a 5 minute grace period is allowed.* However, if you are more than 5 minutes late we may have to reschedule you for a different time so as not to interfere with other appointments. When in doubt, just give us a call and we’ll see what we can do!
